Creative Direction + Post Production + Production Design
As the SVP of Design and Post Production at Whistle, I built an exceptional team of designers and editors, dedicated to bringing every Whistle project to life, from original concepts to branded content. Our mission was to fuel engagement across multiple platforms, creating and managing content for over 10 Snapchat channels, 8 Twitter accounts, Whistle's flagship YouTube channel, YouTube shorts, Instagram, and TikTok. Additionally, we took on the challenge of crafting bespoke white-label content tailored to clients' channels.
Our team was not only comprised of internal talent but also boasted a diverse and trusted network of freelance collaborators. This strategic partnership ensured that we not only met tight deadlines but also delivered unparalleled content that left a lasting impact.
While leading the design team, I orchestrated the creation of graphics packages for all of Whistle's original content. With my deep-rooted passion for graphic design, typography, and branding, these packages allowed me to reconnect with the core of my creative drive. For each package, collaborating closely with development and production teams, we delved into the initial show concepts, crafting unique visual identities that captured the executive producer's vision. Throughout the process, we maintained alignment with Whistle's overarching brand, ensuring each package bore its distinct identity while seamlessly integrating into the broader content portfolio. Each shows’ identity showcased our ability to innovate while staying true to Whistle's brand ethos.
Graphics Packages
In March 2022, during Women’s History Month, I spearheaded a project that felt more intentional and had real impact in Women Sports. Teaming up with Moolah Kicks, a brand dedicated to empowering female athletes through performance sneakers, we collaborated on Whistle’s first NFT Collection, 'The Future is Hēr.' Each illustration aimed to empower women in sports, resonating with our shared commitment to equality and representation. All proceeds from the collection went towards supporting the Bronx Storm, a nonprofit youth basketball program, highlighting our collective dedication to fostering the next generation of female athletes. This project not only elevated Whistle's brand presence in a new space but also contributed tangibly to the advancement of young women in sports.
